Despite the progress made in recent years, with a number of women playing leading roles in the hydrogen sector, the gender gap still persists. According to a report from the Global Hydrogen Council, women only make up 22% of the workforce in the sector.
Our campaign, culminating this spring, addresses disparities from entry to leadership. Through conversations with women throughout the sector, we'll explore causes and present findings and recommendations to industry and government.
