The Department for International Trade has identified the SW as a “global destination” for inward investment.

The South West has been identified as “global destination” for inward investment in sustainable aerospace and aviation technology!

The initiative will see the UK Government champion the South West's investment opportunities around the world.

The High Potential Opportunity programme is supported by West of England Combined Authority and Heart of the South West LEP

Simon Earles, Chair of Hydrogen South West said: "We're delighted that the Department for International Trade has made this announcement and recognised the potential for Hydrogen South West to support new technology being developed in the region. We look forward to working with the UK Government and regional bodies to attract investment, which in turn will deliver new highly skilled green jobs.”
