Update on BEIS £26m Industrial Hydrogen Accelerator Innovation Programme

The Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS) has recently provided an update on the £26m Industrial Hydrogen Accelerator (IHA) innovation programme. Applications are still open. You can visit the competition webpage to find out more on How to Apply. The programme includes the full end-to-end system in a single project.

  • IHA Stream 1 demonstration grant of up to £10m per project is open for applications until 14:00 BST, 21 July 2022. Complete and submit the Stream 1 Registration Form by 2pm (14:00 BST), 7 July 2022.

  • IHA Stream 2A feasibility study SBRI funding of up to £400k per project is open for applications until 14:00 BST, 23 June 2022. Complete and submit the Stream 2A Registration Form by 2pm (14:00 BST), 9 June 2022.

 

A note from BEIS also reported that "for anyone who would like to network with others who may be interested in applying to the IHA competition and are looking for collaborators, please sign up to the B2Match IHA networking platform, which already has over 150 participants”.
